Studio Hire - Sydney

C.I Studios Sydney is conveniently located in the inner west suburb of Erskineville. Spread over two massive floors C.I Studios Sydney boasts some of the largest studio spaces available. With eight studios to choose from, we are sure to have one that suits both the needs and budget of your next shoot.

We are committed to creating a relaxed, happy, user- friendly and creative environment for you to enjoy. We also aim to be 100% transparent in all additional costs on your shoot to avoid those dreaded budget blow outs.

The Space

Located in an old converted shoe factory we have eight studios ranging in size from approximately 64 to 250 square metres and approximately 3.6 metres high. Many of our studios offer an abundance of natural light, music and reverse cycle air conditioning. Although predominantly catering for stills photography with the recent introduction of three phase power we are now a fantastic location for video and film productions.

We have two studios with cyclorama walls and two fully-equipped kitchens. All of our studios have easy accessibility via the loading dock and goods lift. We have also built a make up and dressing room for our level one studios and have decked out many of our studios with couches for added comfort.

Another great feature of the studios is that we offer free use of polyboards, internet access and coffee and tea making facilities. There is also an abundance of free all day parking in the surrounding streets, with King Street, Newtown and the Erskineville cafe strip and train station just a short stroll away.

Hours Of Operation

C.I.Studios Sydney’s hours of operation are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend, extended hours and early starts can be arranged (please see terms and conditions for additional costs). Full-day studio hire is based on a nine hour day commencing at 8.30am. Half-day studio hire is based on four hour day either starting or finishing at 1pm. Build and break rates are also available.

Catering

Utilising only the best local suppliers, C.I Studios can arrange all of your catering needs. Alternatively we are a short stroll from Erskineville cafe strip that offers a fantastic range of take-away, cafe and pub meals.

Lighting & Equipment Hire

C.I Studios have strong relationships with all the major equipment suppliers so are well placed to organise all of your lighting and equipment needs at a competitive rate - all delivered directly to your studio. We can arrange anything from shot bags and C-stands, to cameras, lenses, digital backs, backgrounds, lights, and any 3-phase and tungsten needs you may have. Brands include Profoto, Broncolor, Phase One, Canon, and Hasselblaad.
