When Clare was in Hawaii shooting for the girls surf film she’s working on she was lucky enough to capture the colossal waves of the Eddie Aikau. These waves are mammoth. And people pile in from all across the Island just to watch Waimea break. It’s really hard to understand the power and heaviness of this surf from just a photo, but at 30ft these walls of water crunch you like a car wrecker on the bottom of bay.
